Description:
The goal of the OJJDP Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program is to help states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments to develop and establish drug courts for non-violent substance-abusing offenders.
Family Drug Court Implementation grants are available to any jurisdiction that has completed a substantial amount of planning, developed a plan, and is ready to implement a juvenile drug court.
